Hey, this is Alvin here. Thank you for checking out my blog. I worked in an office and is considered a workaholic! But the problem is, I used to suffer from hemorrhoids. Sitting in the office’s chair for more than 9 hours per day is seriously a pain in the butt, literally.

I felt constant pain and it is ruining my life and I can’t focus 100% on my work. Going to the toilet is like going through a nightmare as well. Are you in my position as well? That’s why I created this site.
